How Can Slander Be Uprooted From the Mind?

When you're thinking about forming a belief about another person, you should ask yourself the question of like, must I believe it? Rather than may I believe it. The problem with all of this stuff is that oftentimes it's not even intentional in the sense of like predetermined or sort of preplanned or premeditated would be the right word. It's so easy for us to fall into this kind of slander because the vices are habits just like the virtues. We need to almost train ourselves in incredulity and then calibrate.
