The Two Versions of Naturalism
In 1947, C.S. Lewis made the argument that knowledge is impossible if naturalism is true. He says there are two versions of it: chemical version and evolution version. And he argues that in order for knowledge to be possible, a conclusion has to be justified by grounds consequent reasoning. In other words, belief doesn't really count as knowledge on naturalism because you don't know what's going on.
