S&P is the only company that officially rates Vedani and they rate it at B minus. Moody's did rate the company, but Vedanta reportedly withdrew the contract after Moody's downgraded them to triple C category on liquidity risks. S&P has said that the rating could come under pressure if they don't make progress in getting some financing in the door in a timely fashion. So I would expect that in the next couple of weeks, the rating agency would have to follow up on its indication about where it sees the financing coming from.
