There is a perception that, you know, the bigger the stand better markr you are for marketing. Ben: I can speak to my own experience on that. A lack of budget pushes marketers to get creatived and figure out how to make do with what they have. But i don't know that there's any true correlation between top talent having those large budgets and the budget itself having anything do with them.
