Surveying Your Audience

The first thing that you need to do is surveying your audience. Once a year, every summer, we output a survey to our fans and customers. We also asked them, why did you follow my account? What other topics are you hoping to hear from me about? Why did they follow me? Do you know about our offers? And if you do, know about our offer? What? What is the reason why you haven't taken advantage of those offers? That actually helps us create content afterwards.
