In london, for example, they rapped this pedestrian bridge in tinfoil to stop it from overheating. They're telling people to avoid travelling by rail. Hospitals are cancelling surgeries to cope with what's expected to be an influx of heat related cases. But over in germany, most municipalities have no heat action plan.
