Setting Goals Is a Four Step Process

The first step of setting goals and this might actually be something that you even discuss on your first contact with a client, is deciding what the goal is. So for example, if you are a coach that helps women over 50 lose 50 pounds or more, this first step will be pretty clear and easy. If you are more of a general life coach and you coach clients on any and all aspects of their life, this conversation will look a little differ because it'll really be listening to your client. You might help them create goals. You might even help them decide where to start,. Like, which one are you going to do first?
