Chipotle's Burrito Bowl Changes Name

Chipotle called out Sweet Green for its use of a quote, font nearly identical to Chipotle's on its website. The burrito chain suggested that Sweet Green change the name of the item and use a lower case C for the word Chipotle because when it comes to trademarks, people case matters. Just a day after news of the lawsuit broke, a spokesperson for Sweet Green told CNBC that the chain would change thename of its burrito bowl. It would henceforth be known as the quote, chicken and Chipotle pepper bowl.
