The number one differentiator, right off the bat, about Power BI versus the traditional tools is that it is just so much faster. It's a tool that allows us to actually work the way that human beings are meant to work. The old tools just failed that test. I didn't know that until I started to see how these new tools worked in the wild. When you work on software projects for 13 years, you become a bit of a hardened cynic about what you're going to produce. This really blew my hair back when I started to experiment with Power BI."
