How to Train for a Timed Callisthenic

A timed calisthenic thing is synonymous with military PT tests. The big kicker here is that it's a timed two minute thing and you're filling that with as many reps as you can. Accumulating quality reps in in chunks that are effective, but not fatiguing. A good kind of trick for this just generally speaking is to use the grease the groove approach.
