Every single talk that we had heard at the conference before had some passing reference or even a slide where they mentioned burnout. It was everywhere. And all these little things are things that are important to me, which is why I suggested that I do something about that. We came up with the idea of having an interactive session,. Every one of whom already kind of shares the same experiences. Why don't we make people share their stories and normalize talking about it? That was the whole idea.
