Zillo - What Was It Like to Be a Graduate?

At zilla, i had the time of my life working for rich barton. He was just a master of creating culture. Andi observed and just learned so much from the people around me. That really got me excited about the world of start ups. I think in my own experience of building a company, just having that careful and healthy ba between young and old and experienced verses,. you know, just out college is key. You don't want things to be on too one sided, in my experience.
