Those who do well at the game of power get more power and then they use that legislative power, media power or capital power to make systems tat. Those who oppose the system of power also oppose those who are doing well at it. And so you end up having a system that is selecting for conferring more power to those who are good at getting more power. Which ends at meaning who areselecting for conferring power to sociopathy. I don't find this part of the argument.
