i tried to as much as i could in my room like when we were were sequestered i would do push-ups and setups just to feel active. It's such an all-consuming sport that you train and train 15 to 18 hours a week and so when you take that away things you lose your fitness pretty quickly. We're even allowed to go on runs outside no in downstairs they would stand there and wait for you and stuff which is fun but yeah that's something that would freak me out about being on a reality show it's not oh being on camera or having to do all this stuff  it's just that you have to be chaperone to the most basic of activities
