The Fraud of Anna Fisher
Fisher was suspended from her role as CAO in the summer of 2021. The municipality was notified by its credit union that significant amounts of money had been transferred to a bank account under Fisher's name. It also accuses Fisher of falsifying bank documents to hide the transfers and giving counselors illegitimate reports that cleared her of any fraud. None of the claims had been proven in court.
