Are You a Community Leader?

A community is a group of people who share mutual concern for one another. If we haven't grown relationship such that we care about each other, i would say thit's not a community. The first step to becoming a community leader is the willingness to invite others in and make them feel connected. And along with this comes the ability to fly round the country teaching executives about creating communty more than they've created themselves.
