Food Justice Is About Fairness and Dignity
Food justice is about how do we recreate our food system to make it fair, and so people can engage with it in a dignified way. Do people view themselves as living in food poverty? No, and you know, you listening again to Stephen, he talked about struggling, and people are struggling. We see that locally in an hour-day area, that support out there is hard for teenagers,. But yeah, the time from school to get a job can be quite costly and quite a long time - which is not ideal.
