What's Happening at the Same Time?

Technology has given people a voice, but online spaces are increasingly seen as incredibly fraught and toxic places. This is reflective of an increasing emotional toxicity that radical individualism has brought ande therapeutic self. And so we're seeing this other thing, where leaders are also having to themselves lead people who themselves are toxing. That's causing a a cost on leaders. So there's two things happening at the same time, and it's really difficult to hold them two together.
