I Don't Want to Claim Authority, Right?

Women are socialized to have this backwards where they're like, well, authority is like bossing other people around. I think that we have this subconscious block of like, I don't want to claim authority because I've seen all the bad things authority, quote unquote, has done, right? But when you truly take authority in your own life and you are coaching yourself or doing emotionally healthy work, you actually are way less. You're not even interested.
