We've got to re examine the viability of what local farming looks like. So far we have not managed things terribly well. The oceans certainly re our case in point. We're talking about growing filter feeders of likea like mussels that grow on ropes, or oysters on the bed. Growing a lot of kelpn, and also harvesting the animals that live in that kelp while being sustainably managed.
