Is There a Better Way to Address Homelessness in the United States?

i think thet that should be dismantled. Just take all those resources, give them to those other agencies,. de departments of justice who are working with ex offenders and trying to reintegrate them. I just don't think charity is something that's going to be able to really bear this burden. And we don't really know how good charitable organizations are anyway, in a lot of ways, because they don't have to report any data. i mean, maybe that's the way the welfare state worked back before the welfirated state existed in the ninete century. But if those agencies controlled those resources, we would see those resources usedt specific problems that we wont sall do anything
