The Problem With Pet Insurance
If a tenant wants to be able to keep a pet, you will not be able to unreasonably withhold consent. The problem with this is it now makes less beneficial to take tenants with pets because they're going to have more options than they did before. It's entirely possible that you will end up with costs that you can't reclaim as a result of your tenant having pets. Do you have any inkling of when this might happen, Rob, or when can we expect these changes to happen? And can we also expect changes to these changes?
