Goran Marjana is a Serbian electrical engineer. He believes that scalar energy, which comes out of the pyramid of the sun and this nine meter wide beam, can be used to send messages around the world. In an interview with Goron he explains how these beams act like accordions compressing and rarifying Tesla's ether.
