Is It Impacting All Cohorts of Users?
The problem statement was we want to provide recognition to some of these organizers that are really doing a lot of hard work. And so this was a solution that we charted out but when I sat down with the data scientists and the user researcher, we tried to double click a little bit more on this problem statement. It's really sitting down with those two stakeholders. Then once you have had that conversation, I think it is difficult because the entire team is an execution board. You don't want to be that person who's like, how are we doing the right thing? And then just shake up everything.
