The Risk of Latching on to a Process
Sissy: It can feel so safe in the moment to latch on to a process. I remember thinking I'm going to pay this much money to the life coach school and then I'm just going to magically have clients. The reason I don't mistrust my coach and question it to death is because I'm not delegating responsibility to the coaching to get my results. When you're being coached, even if you're following a process, when you're owning it, that's what matters.
