The Importance of Comparing Your Unique Capabilities
If I understand that the comparable is use a spreadsheet or hire an intern then you ask yourself okay what are my unique capabilities. You can say those capabilities translate to value for customers and I can do that mapping which gets me to the value. The next step after that is okay if this is my unique value what are the characteristics of a customer that makes them really really care a lot about that value? That's where segmentation comes in. This is what a best fit customer actually looks like because a bestfit customer really needs the unique thing that we can provide.
