The FDA's Approval Process for Miffer-Pristone
Judge Kazemirik stayed his own ruling for seven days to allow the government to appeal, which they did. So it went to the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and they came out with a ruling on April 12th. Now I just want to point out again, because for listeners like my mom who thought, you know, that meant that the drug was safe or something like that, that such a ruling doesn't tell us anything about the safety of the drug. It's just about whether time is passed.
