The Future of the Airline Industry

If it were my neighbor, I'd say, don't do it. But if it were a CEO or someone who is going to be a CEO, you know, I'd probably give the same advice you guys would give. You know, your employees are a resource. Listen to them. Don't be an industry lemming in an industry full of them. And really take the long view.
