i bet leaders don't really dive in as much with people and say, you know, objectively, you got a good outcome, but that was the wrong decision. And i see this in the business world. I see people calling out exceptions all the time and pointing em out at examples. It might have been uniquetectual situation, but it also might have been just absolute luck. So if we look, if we step back and look at, ah, those things, we need to be careful that we actually understand what happened.
