How to Deal With Addiction

i grew up in a, in a working class neighborhood on the fringe of a a lot of crime. And you saw a lot. The trouble is that when you are that young and you are exposed to that level of trama, a, that trama becomes normalized. To the place where it looks like culture. And and it's not culture. Its its just a people's pain. And they don't know what to do with that pain. So instead of transforming that pain to help the next generation, they transmit it to the people that are closest to them. It took a very long time for me to shed some of those ideologies and some of those dramatic trat.
