Ina's attorneys have signalled they also try the so called puffery defence. According to attorney jose bias, people in general are not very sympathetic to mental health defences. In one of the issues that's at play here is a representation that the company made, through elizabeth and maybe others, that they had their product used on the battle field. And i think any fair reading of the evidence is that you really can't get out of the truth that this was never used on thebattle field.
