Once someone makes an emotional judgment, no amount of truth is going to change their mind. For the most part, human beings aren't not going to go back the initional emotion, emotional judgment that they made. Most people who make emotional decisions believe they are behaving rationally and that the more emotional you become, the more rational you think you are.
