The Importance of Having the Right Talent Across Our Teams

I'm conscious that they're there to deliver services to patients. It's emotive, it's not just technical. The technologies that we provide to them need to be fit for purpose. So a lot of our primary care colleagues and clinicians aren't really technical and they're compelled to use these solutions. I think mitigating patient risk is always up for front of my mind. We have to understand that when we're delivering core IT services. But I'm just very conscious that it's also about the delivery of services.So it does keep you at night knowing that we're going into these practices and need to ensure that we deliver what they need so that they can provide patient care services.
