The Importance of Listening
I think the honest answer is not listening enough. When you're new to a system, any system, it almost doesn't matter at what level. Your best approach first is to stop and listen. As I've gotten older and more experienced, I feel a whole lot more humility. But at least act it if you don't feel it. The older I get, the less I know, not the more.
