Patent Society - You Cannot Patent a Society According to a Principle of Justice
Nozick says people will happily pay a dollar, 50 cents doesn't matter, let's call it a dollar, to watch Wilke Chamberlain play. He defies his critics to point out in that story where the wrong doing is. If there is no wrong doing, then they have to accept that their perfect patent society is unsustainable. And therefore, Nozick concludes, you cannot patent a society according to a principle of justice that you will uphold.
