The Importance of Rewilding the Landscape

It's very hard to have a functioning ecology and an extractive industry going on on the same piece of land. In almost all cases, they are at odds. Dense vegetation, particularly trees in places which formerly held trees, that's absolutely essential. Peep formation, where peep should be growing, that's also really, really important. All of these things are made much harder by trying to run an extractives industry in the same places. And basically, we should be concentrating production.
