I Will Go Down to See

Abraham is functioning like a priest and he's interceding for Sodom, trying to rescue Lot. Abraham can't do that with the Lord, you know, there is no fighting against the Lord. So he has to throw himself on God's character. And I think what he's doing here is, is he's fulfilling Genesis 12, 3, and he's bringing blessing to the nations because Lot, I think, is going to be saved through his intercession.
