What Is the Difference Between a QMG Score of Four and a Minimal Decision Manifestation?

I wonder if you can talk a little bit about the concept of minimal manifestation status which was your primary outcome measure. I think many but not all of our listeners will be familiar with this. Most of the newer clinical trials in my opinion used my senior gravis activities of daily living scale. The maximum score is 39 on that scale and we defined as an entry criteria for entering the trial you should have at least QMG of six so that is not extremely high. My definite clinical impression I don't know I am happy to hear your opinion on that with the people that are newly diagnosed.
