I wonder if there's a kind of natural foundation to some of these psychological fears, and again, a sense of being overwhelmed by the scale here. It says trillions of dollars, one can't simply maybe process that. I came across an article about the work of Walt Whitman, who was a 19th century US poet. And yeah, it's remarkable how much he talked about large numbers in his work. So somehow he had an aesthetic approach to these numbers that didn't make him feel insignificant,. made him feel a part of some larger unit, some larger immortality that he was part of.
