Bobby Marks: The level of parity that we are seeing in the league probably deflated the league's case that there needed to be this upper spending limit. It would have hurt not only Golden State or the Clippers, it would have hurt teams like Oklahoma City. He says you're going to see those teams three years from now, four years from now,. They can keep Paul George and Kawhi Leonard. And then all of a sudden your $20 million luxury tax penalty becomes 150 because you keep on adding each year.
