The Importance of Critical Thinking

Kalee: Being able to take that feedback and not turn into chaos is something that I feel like, part of this relationship. Like there is no one size fits all. Academia has told us one plus one is two. That formula doesn't necessarily exist when you start to build your career path. Kalee: Based off of what we've talked about through this episode and experience in general, the idea of a quote unquote mentor in relationship to something like a speed dating environment would be somebody who you could get feedback from just not as consistently in a way where it's like yeah, I'm a mentor.
