What's the Epiphany of Passive Real Estate?
We were, my property management company used to manage short-term rentals as well. And we had 12, three or four bedroom units in the Nashville area. We hired an operator to run the entire thing for us passively. So if we had to do it, there would be zero units in our portfolio. It was hard because that was really early. But once you get to 10 or 12, it can be a headache. You've got to have some serious management in place.
