How to Control Blood Pressure Tightly
There are a lot of questions about how we should be managing blood pressure the literature keeps bouncing back and forth. Within seven days those patients might have more aki but there's also plenty of data to suggest that if you control someone's blood pressure tighter it's safe. Not specifying the frequency of cycling the cuff does not set our patients up for success. We're normally going to recommend a cardi a calcium channel blocker drip like nikar dipean or clebitipineClebitipine is available at several of our sites but a cardine is more easily available or a beta blocker drip like a levatrolol drip esmalol is great for heart rate control
