Heroku's GitHub Actions for CI

We very much try to keep our sort of ops and deployment approach simple. What we do is kind of, we work in a pull request workflow. In order to do our deployments, we just use the Heroku web UI. We have a rule where we pair on deployments. So you always have two people making sure that you're clicking the right button on the right project type of thing.
