The Importance of Hope in Christ
The name Ephraim becomes a metonym for all the Israelites in the north. Paul goes on to explain later in Galatians 3 that if you are in Christ, there is now no more Greek, nor Jew, male, nor female slave, nor master. The Spirit himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God,. If children then heirs, heirs of God, and fellow heirs, underscore that, y'all.
