Do You Have One on Ones With Your Manager?
I've heard so much advice about to have productive one on ones. A good personal relationship with your manager benefits both of you. I think if you end up in a situation where you have a manager who's spread too thin, that basically stops that relationship building from happening. Every company maybe thinks about ratios slightly different. Like oav, you heard stories of managers that have 20 reports. And then some managers tht have like two reports. Sometimes i' like 20 reports, how are you building a meaningful relationship with 20 people?
