There's no human touch any more, absolutely. The company that can create the slick intuitive, user friendly, ap becomes the com that dominates. i think it's no different yor saying paulat we don't need the human touch. And and you're talking about errors, but then there's also just crappy design,. There's bad use or inter face, bad use or experience. You know, fix that, and that's going to improve 90 % of the customer experience.
