Collecting the Insights Is Crucial to Product Marketing

I get hundreds of comments on my content every day. I spent a lot of doing free consulting so that i can collect the insights of what are people actually dealing with right now? What are they struggling with? What they need to know, how can i help? Which then helps us form both a strategy about how our product is going to get built and how we're going to message. So collecting the insights is absolutely huge. If don't have the insights, you're just guessing. And i find that leaders outsource this to a product marketing team or somebody else to drive the business strategy.
