Is There a Climate for Real Estate Investing in Florida?
The state of Florida has seen some of the fastest home price appreciation in the country during the COVID pandemic. Fort Myers area has consistently been one of the fastest rent growth markets in the country which is attractive to investors and SFR and and commercial categories. The investing climate as a whole though you know I'm really looking to the capital markets to point a finger at what's going to happen over the course of the next twenty four months cap rate decompression things that are historically sitting at three and a half four caps in South Florida.
