Re inventing organizations is one of the best books i've ever read. It gets you thinking about the world in some of the first steps that we've talked about to day, but also from a broader organization. The book has given people so many practical entry points for going further with their work. I hope this was useful as a starting point and will encourage others to take the next step into re inventing organizations. By the way, all the videos are freely available on line.
Frederic Laloux: Reinventing Organizations
Frederic is the author of Reinventing Organizations: A Guide to Creating Organizations Inspired by the Next Stage of Human Consciousness*. The book is a global word-of-mouth bestseller with over 850,000 copies sold in 20 languages. Frederic’s work has inspired the founders of Extinction Rebellion, the Sunrise Movement, and Project Drawdown, as well as countless corporate leaders and faith movements.
